Because our solutions range from recurring software subscriptions (SaaS/Rental) to custom developer licensing and complete source code buyouts, operational usage rights and intellectual property terms vary based on your contract tier.

2. Three-Tier Software, Tool & Development Licensing Framework

To accommodate diverse business needs—from small business automation rentals to complete enterprise software acquisitions—RexPia operates under three distinct software licensing tiers:

• Tier 1: SaaS / Rental & Subscription License (Standard Model)
  Applies to: Monthly/annual marketing bot rentals, hosted n8n workflows, hosted web tools, and recurring database subscriptions.
  Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable operational license to utilize the hosted tool or web endpoint during active subscription periods. Core source code, underlying logic, API bridges, and system architecture remain 100% owned by REXX Holdings LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell Tier 1 system code.
• Tier 2: Agency & Framework Developer License (Multi-Site License)
  Applies to: n8n JSON workflow packs, Tailwind UI kits, WordPress SEO plugins, and developer toolkits.
  Grants you or your agency permission to deploy the workflow or template across your own or client properties as specified in your purchase license. Source code redistribution, public sharing, or direct resale of raw workflow JSON files remains strictly prohibited.
• Tier 3: Complete Source Code Buyout & IP Transfer (Enterprise Custom Buyout)
  Applies to: Bespoke web applications, custom marketing tool builds, and full custom software system acquisitions.
  Includes full transfer of custom codebase ownership, proprietary logic, endpoint documentation, and intellectual property rights to the client upon 100% settlement of enterprise contract fees.

The technical guides, workflow case studies, and SaaS reviews on RexPia do NOT constitute certified accounting, financial, legal, or tax counsel. Neither RexPia nor REXX Holdings LLC acts as a certified public accountant or licensed financial advisor.

Consult a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or licensed attorney prior to committing capital, making software acquisitions, or deploying automated marketing infrastructure.

4. CPA Funnel & Performance Marketing Transparency

Certain links, recommendation buttons, or campaign funnels on RexPia are Cost-Per-Action (CPA) or affiliate tracking links. If you complete a transaction, signup, or trial through these links, REXX Holdings LLC may receive financial compensation at zero additional cost to your account.

5. Business Performance Risk & Limitation of Liability

Engaging in e-commerce automation, digital marketing, and software tools involves market volatility. Past conversion benchmarks or case metrics do NOT guarantee future income. By utilizing our tools or recommendations, you formally insulate and indemnify REXX Holdings LLC from systemic liability regarding business underperformance, software downtime, third-party API updates, or capital loss.
